Supported Employment Providers

Individuals who do not receive developmental services may request Supported Employment services by contacting the Intake Coordinator at the Designated Agency in their county.  Individuals who currently receive services should ask their service coordinator to help with a referral to the Supported Employment project located within their Designated Agency.

Intermediary Service Organization (ISO)

There are two Intermediary Service Organizations (ISO) that are available to assist Vermonters who are self- or family-managing their services.

Fiscal Intermediary Service Organization (Fiscal ISO) - A fiscal agent that handles payroll duties for those who choose to self-manage, family-manage, or shared-manage services.  ARIS Solutions

Specialized Service Agencies (SSA)

A Specialized Service Agency (SSA) is an organization, contracted by the Department of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living (DAIL), that provides developmental disabilities services through either a distinctive approach to service deliver and coordination or to meet distinctive individual needs.

Designated Agencies (DA)

The Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) designates one Designated Agency (DA) in each geographic region of the state as responsible for ensuring needed services are available through local planning, service coordination, and monitoring outcomes within their region.
