Conflict of Interest in Case Management
The Federal rules about Conflict of Interest in the delivery of Case Management services may require the Department of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living (DAIL), Developmental Disabilities Services Division, to make some changes in the way case management is provided. Targeted Case Management (TCM)
Targeted Case Management (TCM) is a Medicaid State Plan service that provides service coordination primarily for adults who do not receive Home and Community-Based Services.

People receiving services have a choice as to who will manage their services. As part of the intake and referral process, Designated Agencies are responsible for informing individuals of those choices and to make referrals as requested.
